Sales Psychology Australia is headed by Andre Vlcek who has over 20 years of Senior Sales Management Expertise and who has managed high performing sales teams with the worlds leading recruitment, automotive and telecommunications companies such as SingTel Optus, Toyota Group of Companies, SKF Bearings and Monster.Com.

In addition to being an expert in Sales Management; he possesses a strong marketing orientation combined with exceptional interpersonal, persuasive and counselling skills gained through Post Graduate Studies in Sales & Marketing, Health, Psychotherapy, Hypnotherapy and NLP.


We have collaborated with behavioral psychologists, George Dudley & Shannon Goodson, and their pioneering research in the field of Call Reluctance®.

In addition to writing the world’s definitive textbook on Call Reluctance® (Earning what you’re worth? The Psychology of Sales Call Reluctance®) Dudley and Goodson are also the developers of SPQ*GOLD®, the one-of-a-kind, behavior-based assessment of emotional barriers that keep people in contact-dependent careers from reaching their goals.

Andre’s driving passion is to help sales organizations around the world maximize their potential by focusing on three critical areas:

1. Assessment, selection and development of “Blue Chip” sales people and recruiters.

2. Ongoing training and development of anybody in a contact dependant role and,
